Where Trevanta Talent provides Football Agent Services in connection with a proposed transaction, the client and scope of representation will be clearly identified in a written agreement. Football Agent Services are performed by Roy Totino in his capacity as a FIFA-Licensed Football Agent. Trevanta Talent does not guarantee that a player or coach will accept an offer, that negotiations will be completed or that a transaction will receive the required regulatory approvals.
