Roy Totino is the Founder of Trevanta Talent, a FIFA-Licensed Football Agent and Chief Executive Officer of the Trevanta Group. He combines extensive commercial expertise with a lifelong commitment to the game.
As a former player, coach and dedicated student of football, Roy understands the standards, pressures and ambitions that define elite football careers. His direct involvement in the sport gives him a clear view of the decisions facing players, coaches and clubs at every level.
With more than 15 years of senior financial, commercial and governance leadership experience, including Chief Financial Officer roles across multiple industries, Roy brings sharp expertise in contract negotiation, financial analysis, risk management and strategic planning.
Through Trevanta Talent, Roy advises and represents players, coaches and clubs on career strategy, recruitment, transfers, contractual negotiations and commercial structures. His approach combines professional discipline with a grounded, approachable style, ensuring clients receive clear, transparent and commercially sound guidance.
Roy believes that effective representation goes beyond transfers and contracts. It is about building trusted relationships, protecting clients’ interests and creating sustainable opportunities throughout their football journey.
